These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Latent app. This is a good-faith draft for review and hosting, not legal advice.

The terms of the app store you installed Latent from also apply. On Apple devices, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

The app

Latent is a film-camera app that simulates shooting and developing film. Photos and app data are stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Purchases and subscriptions

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the app's purchase or entitlement mechanisms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
